Default Need a Valuation

As my regular readers will know , I am having all sorts of financial fun at the moment.

Cutting to the chase, I need a sensible valuation on Mak because the value determines whether it is a bankruptcy seizable asset or just my transport:

S (98) T2 (UK Type 2) 2.4i SE in very good condition, standard metallic green/silver.
Just over 108k on the clock.
T2 Type 1 chrome bull bars.
Steel spare wheel cover.
One cigarette burn hole through driver's side rear passenger seat.
Bottom of the range Alpine CD/MP3 without iPants connect, Alpine tiny speakers fitted in the speaker frames of the front door speakers.
Genuine T2 front mats.
Mechanically very sound (cheers Rick & Swifty) but with minimal written service history.
Sits on 235/75/15 Falken T110 with a lot of tread left.

Depends if you want a best or worst price really? Is this just to provide a list of your realisable assets.... because some of the time, if an item won't realise anything worthwhile they might not bother with it?

Just depends if theres any chance of hanging on to it as a result.

If there is, then webuyanycar.com will give you the worst valuation but its a realistic one for a quick sale. Or nip to your local garage for a cash price which would be equally bad.

Good luck mate.

EDIT: just re-read your requirement and would defo go for the above. Webuyanycar plus a cash offer from local dealer. Odds are the receiver will say f*ck that for a game of soldiers".

webuyanycar: £325 less the £49 admin fee , but I can reclaim my road tax. Oh, hohoho.

freecarvaluations: £589 max value trade-in

All good stuff. The further under a grand, the better. Cheers chaps.

Glass's isn't that widely used, I can tell you that from a long stint working with the motor trade in the past. And the ridiculous prices a forecourt posts bear no relation to a fire sale valuation, which is what ClanWolf is entitled to utilise in such circumstances.

But even on a very good day thats up to £500 over the odds for a petrol lump in todays climate.

wish it was down south mate, you are right though mate, the stealers only use glasses guide when buying from the public, selling is another matter

well over 1k plus for an old T2 non intercooler

They export for over a grand in London

however for a valuation as an asset they probably wont bother for less than a grand.

when i had a similar issue, they were not intersted in my motorcycle valued at £1500

I thought that even in bankruptcy you still allowed one car to use for work etc?
Are you receiving professional advice about your predicament mate?

better to be prepared

than to say what people want to hear.

as b4 the value even at the top end will probably be considered as nominal

i hope all is ok
