Had a little try of the prototype bumper with the new wheels / spacers and wings looks like it should go together as planned

Thanks Bud!

just got a bit of patching around the lower sill areas to make it water tight then a few more spots of welding on the rears as they are not as good as the fronts, a skim of filler around the joints an possibly a bit of paint. Not too sure on the colour yet.

i need to replace the plastic arch protectors with something as the originals do not fit any more. The new arches are St/St so I don't need to worry about gravel rash feeding the tin worm too soon.

Quite pleased so far

Nice work again here You can't beat a big wheeled Trol

The new arches look great I've always liked the 17's you have on the Trol now as they are a nice classic 5 spoke. As for the arch protectors could you not use some of the edging stuff that door seals are made from (forgot the correct name of it)

Sorry, i have some trim stuff lined up for the outer arches. but what I need is to stop all the carp clogging up inside the rear of the front arches if I cut everything back level it will be easier

How about some heavy duty rubber sheet
Not too expensive and easily cut to shape.
Didn't realise how much of the front wing you had cut away until I saw your pics
Looking awesome by the way.
