That is an excellent example of what can be done to provide resilience when all else fails.
Theres no way the situation in that country could have been mitigated and its time to step in if you can with the skills you have. What I'd want to make sure of is that va's are not used as a sticking plaster to cover others failings. That guy in the film is effective, helpful, modest and completely unpretentious |
