so come on plank, whats behind yours, think i recall
but better from you...

guess annoying 4x4 would suit all of us, especially from
non 4x4 community, perhaps i'll use that when i join
the ramblers association...or mountain bike club, or
pony club.

well after considerable interest!

the name 'plank' came from my first T2 as cars with no extras such as electric windows metalic paint etc. are know in the used car trade as a 'plank' and thus hard to sell. My firt T2 was one, and so is the t2 i own now!

and on top of all this when i think back to some of the rows i have had with members (most of them forgiving) and stupid posts i have made, maybe I am a bit of a Plank too.

Anyway it was nice to have made my mistakes amongst friends and a few noteable ones being TTT2 (the first one i had a row with?) Mav (for putting up with me) and DaveD. if i owe any more apologies form an orderly queue

But this is the only forum i am a consisitent member of wether i have a nissan 4x4 or not. So keep up the good work!

think we have all had our days with the arguments or disagreements plank not necessarily just with you.

im sure you would all agree ive had my times.

BUT i think we have all become stronger together because of it

but the way im always thinking plank = the plank sykes thing
is if i remember correct someone built a new fence in the garden then reversed over it..... please tell me im right

big point is we can all pretty much come here and just chill and sort problems or just pop in for fun. awsome place this is

Thumbs up Plank

When I was in the car trade in the 1960's we called low spec cars "Square Wheelers"

If it was a Mercedes or Audi we called them "Poverty Spec" - just envy really.

We called Hire Purchase or Credit Sale "Chukky" because of the kick back commission on the interest charges !

Could have called myself Chukky-The-Square-Wheeler !!
