I'd put money on that being a 2.7TDi 'S' model... exactly the same as my old one.
Only thing is it has aftermarket alloys on it, the S came with steelys or alloys as an optional extra My old T2 had Irish plates on it (originally registered in Northern Ireland) and that never used to show up properly for insurance comps! |

I should ring the DVLA up and tell them it's a car not a van. Might make a difference to your tax cost.

to stress my earlier pont:
There ae indeed lwb comercials in all trim levels! it was (maybe is?) common in Ireland to take a car and remove seats to make t a commercial and register it as such to get tax Breaks, as in Ireland, like England! Comercials are cheaper to insure, it is then only a matter of ftting rear seats to have a 5 or 7 seater ccommercial, though you will need and engineers report for your insurance, and of corse the dealer allready has a set that match this was done on all sort of 4x4's not just Nissan, so if it is registered as a commercial you would pay less TAX, though from the tax bands mentioned above you are allready paying more tax than my 52 commercial T2 so it must be registered as a car! |

Looks the same as mine although a lot cleaner than mine. Mine is a 2000 model and has same seats, trim, markings etc. except mine has the standard T2 alloys (the ones in the photos look like aftermarket set from Isuzu Trooper). Will have a look for my log book tonight and see what's it's registered as.

Hi, I think that it is the SR like mine, no roof rails, steel wheels, driver only air bag, no anti lock brakes and no air con..... sounds basic but much less to go wrong.....regards bri.
ps dont forget to declare the alloys to the insurance they are always looking for a get out! |

Couldn't find the log book last night but looks like I was wrong as mine is a different model. Mine seems to be the SE Touring as it has 16 inch alloys, sun roof, abs, third row of seats. Yours does not have some of these by the looks of things so its not likely to be an SE Touring model anyway.
