He's a hopeless case
Just been looking at Toms Farm vids....biggest problem looked to be the mix of people who knew pretty much what they were doing and were prepared to take appropriate risks (and didn't mind what happened to their vehicles), versus complete morons....I suppose theres a place for all, but how the hell anyone who runs P&P venues copes with the H&S issues lord only knows. I know, for example, that you can't contract out of the law, common or otherwise, so even if they get you to sign a disclaimer,if you have an accident on their land and hurt yourself, they are liable. Difficult balance..... |

Weardale off road centre has closed to p&p and tom's farm is still open for the time being and we will here what the fate is of tom's on the 28th of april.

Langdale
Langdale in north yorkshire was a good pay & play doings, but too much pay for the play. In my opinion any rode.
I believe bad management forced it to close in the end ? |
