It stands for.. drivers certificate of professional competence qualification
It's a way for the government to make more money from truck and coach drivers, they have to sit 5 one day courses every 5 years or a week long course every 5 years. Without this, from 10/09/14 you won't be able to drive a truck over 7.5 |
