Right to dispose of rubbish?

i russian doll mime 10 at a time in a black bag and put them out for dustmen,small amount of fire ash in as well with any household wast.
tip tell me to landfill qbs not put in hard plastics bin even though they can be recycled.
the dustmen would not take 1/2 bag of wood burner crap,i phoned and complained now they do.the cardboard is recycled,tins as well at tip.

Would be easy to do just put a big plank of wood on top of the barrel & drive over it that would flatten it down nicely

anything I cant bin or recycle gets put in bins at work.

I just have a scrap pile that goes to the frag when i'm either skint or fed up tripping over bits
