I have a set of Nissan carpet over mats for the summer and a set of Nissan rubber mats for the winter...I know, I'm a tart and gay but with clean, dry carpets

yes mate after driving it without any rugs in I don't think it needs anything apart from some grippy paint.
and it seems warmer not colder inside. but then it would after getting rid of all the water.
it is more noisey but that's not a problem
