yes I got one on my off roader, NS is seized on the splines both in the wishbone and the adjuster, re-indexed the OS when I renewed the broke bar but have not been able so far to move the NS at all and had heat on it as well although not oxy as yet, may get time to give it another go over the Xmas break, but if I cannot shift it will cut T bar and fit replacement from spare chassis, as do desperately need to get better clearance on the front, Rick

won,t get chance to have another go at them until after the weekend as i need the motor for the next few days.
cutting mine off are not really an option at the mo as i havn't got any spares left from my old terrano that i stripped a few years ago. |

I used one of these when I was doing my original sagging lift to level my Terrano out, a handy bit of kit which I have used loads over the last year or so.

sorted out the front end
had a couple of hours free this afternoon so i had another go at the torsion bars.
have been soaking them in wd 40 for the past few days to help them come off. the o/s took 2 taps with the lump hammer and a drift and off it popped the n/s was a right pain though.the adjuster never moved but the bar came out of the wishbone so i did it that way. just got to pull it into the factory in the morning to check and level out the ride height as my drive isn't very level. while i was under the motor i noticed that my inner sill was rotting away so another job on the to do list. |

this is my 3rd lifted terrano so i know from experience as to what they can(and can't) do. did a route in the yorkshire dales a couple of years ago in my old beast which had some very challenging lanes,as richo found out and the old terrano never missed a beat. i think the vids might still be on here in the greenlaning forum. |

Sweet. Driving up monsal is a good one, and pindale quarry. But a stock 4x4 will do them
I found lifting was best for deep ruts as my front crossmember/under tray has much improved clearance |

Got a question about body lifts.
Most of these trucks have a few years under their belts and I know that the tin worm has gotten hold on some more than others. Does the body lift put extra stress on the weakened body shells? |

But it won't matter in the slightest unless u have a corrosion problem around mounts, but that's a problem and an mot failure on any truck stock or not No mate, don't think there a river there |
