We got 2 inches here and it is still falling, looks like we will all be playing in the morning, happy days, but for now I will just stick a couple more logs on the wood burner and sweat a little more, Rick

Default Mixed feelings

at last ! Snow ! now the maverick will come into it's own.
Oh hold on what's this ? A text message at 3am ? Work cancelled ? Don't bother coming in ? Don't get up at 230 on a sunday morning? Don't buy a 4wd specifically so you can get to work when it snows ? Don't spend hundreds getting it ready for the bad weather ? Bastards.
Where's that landranger map ?

not exactly, but I did get offered some work clearing snowing in Brighton with a JCB 3cx. If it'd been closer I might have said yes. Maybe I'll do the snow plough ticket next.......

got about an inch of snow lastnight which has frozen. Had to go out lastnight and it took me ages to find enough to use 4wd and that was only low box because it was a slippery road downhill.

Was supposed to be on a RAYNET event at a 10k run this morning but it was cancelled lastnight. now the wife says I can go shopping with her instead
