Does marriage count?
Only kidding. Oh yeah, trying to do a very fast 90 degree take off on a Yamaha 180 on really wet roads with two slicks for tyres while well topped up with cider, thought I had pulled it off as when the bike slid out I managed to right it but over cooked it and ended up on my butt. Pride hurt and that was all, thankfully. Moral of the story, if you're going to do something stupid like that, at least have decent rubber on. |

Yeah, well it's been a few years since he paid us a visit so I don't expect a tap on the shoulder any time soon. Besides , I thought he was busy try to convert all you heathens over there, think he now sees us as a lost cause
To be honest, each and every institution we were taught to look up to and respect when we were kids have all, without exception, turned out to have feet of clay. Think I wasted a lot of time on role models who should never have had the respect they got. Thank God I still have Ryan Giggs, Cheryl Cole, Ashley Cole , David Beckham, Tiger Woods, Tony Blair, Bill Clinton and a good few others to look up to and admire. |

Many many years ago my father told me "not to use the screwdriver like that as it will slip and stab you in the hand" which it did 2 minutes later
Recently reminded of this when fixing something as I stabbed myself in the hand again. we never learn Brian |

I was watching my older brother doing some rewiring on a old tiger cub motor bike, he had a habit of putting wires in his mouth to hold them wile working on the others to stop them getting mixed up. until he put a live in with earth what fun i had watching him trying to spit them out as they was sparking
he the hit me for laughing, but it was worth it, I would not have missed it for the world. |
