OK not too much to see today, lots going on but most hidden, rads going in some existing some new, you can see the access hatch which will be fully tiled

So much going on now, I am finding it hard to do any work myself, especially in the ceiling space putting together 35mm gas pipe, it take so long to cool down and the joists are barely strong enough so have to keep very still til it has set, and just as I get a joint up to temp I hear "Rick" being called, I do not like to be rude but sometimes have to be, this is new 42 mm feed from meter replacing the existing 22 mm, how the kitchen and fish fryer worked without problems I am not sure but the pipe run was only 5 Mtrs

Gas in 42 to above ceiling then down to 35 for the 21 Mtr run to the kitchen, then drop to 28 wit 22 draw offs to each appliance if they add more appliances later then we have the option of upgrading without any shop disturbance, there is also 3 phase to the kitchen and these could go gas one day, at this stage it is all about planning ahead

Now this is interesting, one of the bed sit tenants commented today that they have no hot for 3 days, about the time I shut the gas, so started looking for a tee into our supply, as always assumed the bed sits had there own supply as they do water via a 50 mm main, well found a pretty decrepit 15 mm pipe that goes up 3 floors then across a 4 Mtr flat roof and it feeds 3 YES 3 combi boilers , so temp connected as tenants may be in till Xmas then we will be converting the whole lot
