hi
i'm in faverham kent
just got a 55 2.7 tdi in silver
looks really good seems to drive ok at the moment
did a bit of research before i got it,i can't find many people with anything bad to say about them
but i'm sure guys may have some different stories to tell.
same with all marks you get the good and the bad

Definitely gear driven (Zippy post him the manual link willya?).....although the 3.0 Terrano with the later Patrol engine is chain driven.

If you didn't already know, the 2.7 diesel (without turbo) was used in the Fairway black cab which regularly did 400k-500k miles in everyday use....so its pretty much unbreakable!

As you search the forum, you'll see that apart from the odd MAF problem or diesel leak, we never see engine problems as such on here...
