Default New Series of Top Gear

Well tried to watch it but just lost interest and switched over, had another look on BBC iplayer today to see if I had missed anything.

I had there was no on screen chemistry between Evans and LeBlanc that's a shame because I like Matt but never have been a Chris Evans fan he just wears me down with his prattle.

Anyone here rate it ?

I wasn't around when Clarckson revamped the old William Woolard style Top Gear into the programme it is today. I am aware though that the three stooges of JC/JM/RH wasn't the original line up and that it took a couple of series until it took off, so I'll be giving it a bit more time.
Another point is that they didn't want to move too far away from the JC format as it is a successful formula. Perhaps it's time that they did try something different.
I liked the rallycross star in a car, even though I didn't know who one of the stars was...
The Nomad was filmed in a clear Top Gear style, let's not forget that there is a large part of the production team still hanging around.
I thought the Reliant segment was weak, but the Mayor of Blackpool was cool.
The Jeep vs LR was poor too.
Extra Gear was much better and Rory and Harris seemed to be far more natural together and in front of the camera. Sabine is always good vfm.
What can I say about The Stig, except he follows me on Twitter so I can't say anything bad.

I watched it, I enjoyed it.

You have to try to watch it as if you've not watched it before with the other three (don't compare).

JC, RH & JM will never be replaced.
