Seriously tho thats a bloody lot, also, what is the actuator for near the dipstick?, is it egr?

No it is the throttle strangler valve that is supposed to stop or limit shake on shutdown, Rick

Crazy, mine hasn't got one, mine doesnt even have an egr valve, not complaining though
