Our last digital camera passed away so we have a samsung nv30 a fair bit dearer but i thought it would be better quality and easier to use .Our last one you just plugged the camera in and pressed the button job done'but this one just deos not want to play. as far a I can tell we are following instructions to the letter but nothing anyone got any knowledge of this model manythanks

Did it come with a CD - you might need to install some software.
If its got a removeable meory card and you have a card reader in your PC/laptop its much quicker to do it that way. |

i just use my card reader on my printer, it cost an extra 20 quid for one with card reader but its better than having loads of picture programes on pc that either confuse the pc or myself and i end up loosing all my pics. this way i have all pics in folders on desk top
printer 40.00 with reader 60.00 ink 40.00 madness |
