Thanks for the welcome everyone.

I must say at this point i cannot take any credit for the Trols appearance whatsoever currently. its exactly as i bought it. That will change as i go and make it my own !

The spec is as follows

2.8 engine (chipped)
+5" front Procomp suspension lift
+2" rear Pedder Suspension lift
35" Cooper STT tyres all round
caster correction bushes
Rear wrap around steel tubular heavy duty Bumper
Snorkel - to be turned around at some point
CB radio.
Rear Door cooking & brew shelf !

I am on the look out for an elusive winch bumper or winch mount at some point and it will feature in the forthcoming Lowrangers videos on youtube very soon.

I was formally a L*** R**** owner with the Silver & black Discovery 300tdi featured in a number of the Lowrangers video so this will be getting extensively used off road

thanks all.

Yeh seen a few Lowrangers vids too

I'm surprised it's got 3" more on the front. Front is slightly lower anyway so its probably just levelled things out

5" lift on the front ? I don't think so It might have +5 shocks but not a lift, it looks nice n true level wise IF it does have +5 shocks they may restrict upward(comp) travel
It looks OK but I'm not sure about those figures
How's the chip working out ?
Welcome aboard by the way

Yes probably should clarify...

its got +2.5" springs all round, The rear shockers are Pedder’s heavy duty +1 inch. The lower axle mountings have been raised by 2 inches and strengthened.

The front shockers are RS 9000 nitrogen charged dual valve Disco front with +5inch , new shocker top towers and modified inner wings to fit them.

still finding my way around it !

The chip seems to work well, i have never driven a 2.8 engined Patrol so have nothing to compare it to other than a Disco 300tdi.. the Patrol is far more responsive and seems to be plenty powerful enough ! I dont have any details of the chip or its make etc though !

I am liking it a lot so far and am very happy to have switched marques at this point !
