Its easy to fabricate an aerial mount to fit to the rear spare wheel carrier then you could use a DV27 (the coil is at the top on these so will peek over your roof) - piece of 13 or 14 SWG steel bent to 90 degrees with two holes drilled - one for the aerial base mount and one for the top mounting bolt of the spare wheel holder.

Be warned, though the DV is a good twig it isnt robust and wont handle a lot of power so if its going to get clobbered go for a whip with the coil at the base but the coil should be roof height really.

I assume that the top rig is self tapped via a bracket to the centre console and is the other rig in the cubby hole near the auto stick just wedged in or did you rip out the centre console? How is the handie fixed to the 4x4 stick?

What make/model is the CB?

The hand held is not fixed as it needs to come out when I'm out on response the bottom CB has a bracket screwed to the top of cubby hole which is all still in place and the top quad band radio is just the face the main part of the radio is screwed to the back side panel hope this helps you out the antennas will go up on the roof bars on the old mirror mount what the truckers used and yes it is the cobra

I think I posted the link where I got the longer bolts from. If not it's here - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1909994108...84.m1439.l2649

I've cr@pped out CB wise, thought I'd kept my old Cybernet 3000, sadly after having the house upside down, I can't find it, must have been told to have a 'clear out' by the wife and I got rid of it

So Fez_uk, what have you got? I'd like something slim to fit in the cubby hole or fit somewhere on a panel or rear console somewhere.
