Post All the best

Totally agree with the Opt out scheme. I have carried a donor card almost 40 years (from 18). Luckily I have not had to use it

All the best for your lass.

thankyou everyone for your well wishes, we think it would be better for her to have it done now while she's young as her recovery time will be a lot quicker, the operation can take 8hrs and then weeks in the hospital after for recovery, also the hospital are putting a claim in for us for disbility living thingy for robynn, its something we have never thought of but if we do get it the extra money will help with the extra visits to birmingham and in between those visits we have to goto cardiff, so now i have a mission to get the truck in tip top condition ready for when the day arrives
we have an opt out system too, me & my kids are on donor list, including my eyes (i'll be able to watch how I helped the person), My daughter's cousin just done a kidney transport for his wee one, he's only 3. Hope something comes up soon.
