I wonder if he tried to sell the heads in smaller batches, if he would have got a better price overall. Actually you could have used them to make top gear type coffee tables, and sell them to members of our club. I recon that Ryan has bought them, to supplement his gear based table lamps. What do they say... Two heads are better than one. Rustic

I wonder if they have one for Land Rovers, if so only 100 to go. 101 uses for a dead Land Rover. No 1 Engine Block for a coffee Table. No 2 Oil slick to compete with the Gulf of Mexico oil spill No 3 ...

No 3... to block the inside lane of the M6 southbound motorway south of j 16 this evening causing 10 miles of square wheels.
An RAF owned Discovery towing an RAF exhibition trailer caught fire at the front end, front tyres burnt out too. Behind was an exhibition plane on a low loader HGV also on the hard shoulder, Police blocked the first lane. I knew we should have taken the old road home... North bound also had a speed restriction and several miles of slow traffic, to give the drivers a chance to have a good look. There didn't appear to be any injuries, thank goodness. So it appears the RAF are relying on Land Rovers...

The main problem I seem to hear about the terrano is the total train weight is too low.
swb terrano train weigh: 5500t approx swb kerb weight: 1700t weight allowance:3800t approx landrover/range rover:7500t approx lr kerb weight:2700t weight allowance: 4800t approx difference 1t approx extra tow allowance Big differance if you tow big weight tho the new jeep cherokee matches the lr. |
