this is an utter disgrace. I suspect they will receive a huge amount of bad press over this, and strong repercussions. Id love to know what exactly their agenda is, because the claim its because of a multicultural Britain and the need to NOT upset the Islamic community will probably actually upset the Islamic community.
They have very large sexual organs on their heads. I seriously dislike them. |

They have the right to bar anyone they choose.BUT this really makes my blood boil.I doubt that the landlord has seen any active service, let alone on the front line.I hope this pub ends up bankrupt.

Is it any wonder certain more militant political parties are gaining support. PC gone mad. I hope they never need help from the services.

this is the thing, they DO have a right to ban anyone they want, but what they are doing is wrong. Its not like they have good reason to ban the entire country's military personnel. Their reasons are extremely badly considered and I cant believe a British couple with a pub have banned British Army personnel, either its a PR stunt gone wrong, or they have a wish to aggravate the majority and cause themselves some very serious problems. I cant believe that they are so certain in their decision, that they think this whole thing will go by without a problem.
I just don't feel that the mixed religions of this country actually care enough to be honest. I don't think any Muslim would want this, I don't think anyone in the Islamic faith around that area would welcome it, or be upset by the fact that our soldiers drink there. The FACT is, we have an Army. This is OUR country and as such, our Army should be welcomed within in, not outcast. Im outraged because I support our Army, I don't support our government and their consistently stupid decisions and if the pub had elected to keep any government official out then that would be a whole different story, but our girls and boys are out there protecting US, fighting for us and to suggest that the entire military is out fighting in Afghanistan, for example, is very foolish and stupid. I would love to know if those pub owners voted, and who they voted for. |

Complete bollox.
http://futiledemocracy.wordpress.com...-of-the-globe/ Another example of sheep steering using online media. Shame that voting or doing anything about the crooks that are running this country seems to be more than the public apathy can take, yet this sort of vile crap is spread faster than ebola - because they don't actually have to do anything, they can hide behind their keyboards; more importantly, they don't have to leave the settee. |
