That's what I thought too. But the point that Loz? is making and was proved right at the end, is that this was an illegal repo, they had no authority from the courts because the judge had not signed the vital form. The meat head Bailliff said 'I do 50 a week'.
With the correct paperwork Loz? knew they could do nothing.

exactly. The point is, despite delaying the inevitable, that the banks are screwing us over and these baliffs are going about it in a manner that is questionable at best. Its exposure, and its people like Loz, "the little guys", who are standing up for us all and in the long run their courage will teach many of us how to stand up for ourselves.

What I liked about Loz is he looks like he could handle himself in a fight. But he knew he had a more powerful alie on his side, the law.

yupHe knew the law,and i reckon if it came to it he would have given as good as he got.End of the day the bailiffs were just fatties.Nowt special in my eyes.

Bailiff law is very complicated, and very much down to individual circumstances, so please do not read too much into the aforesaid, Rick

Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.

All well and good.But in this case it was shown that the fatties did not know the law that they were trying to enforce.Neither did the old bill.(Which endorse your point)
