Number1 (No1) Injector needed
Hello, Does anyone have a working No1 diesel injector available for sale?
I have the Zexel setup on a 2.7TDi 1999 auto thank you in advance. |

The one I am breaking is the hitachi system is that the one your wanting?

you will need a special socket to remove the injector (or just remove it in stages) but youll need a special socket to fit the new one anyway! I had to make my own by using a standard injector socket, and chopping off the right amount to allow the sensor and wire through, I have a document somewhere if you would like it, but makeitfit has my old injector and socket. Be really careful though, I needed a sturdy extension bar to get mine out and the modified socket isn't as strong-be careful!

Be careful when you remove it, worth doing when the engine is hot, mine was that tight it cracked a Snapon injector socket. I managed to get it out and new one fitted before I noticed the socket had snapped.

yup, as above. I had to use a really long and heavy extension bar and lean into it pushing as I went to crack it loose....
