Default kingpin tyre review.

hello, dont know if anyone will be interested but i thought i would write a mini tyre review with pics for those that have never tried kingpin tyres incase anyone fancies a budget tyre/s in the future.

i purchased 4 kingpin a/t trackers and had them fitted this morning and have just done a mixture of road and off road driving and here is my opinion on these tyres.

on the tarmac these tyres are very quiet and smooth which surprised me a lot and the grip in the dry is very good, they have also raised the height of the truck by approximately 1 inch according to before and after measurements which is usualy the case with most remoulds i think.the tread pattern is very similar to BFG`s (pic below)

off road i tried them in a mixture of thickish mud, sand and grass on steepish inclines and shallow rutts and they provided more than enough grip for what i needed, they also self cleaned quickly without having to spin the wheels up too much.

i am very impressed with these tyres for the price and will consider them again next time.
please note this is just my opinion and i have compared them to my previous tyres which were pirelli scorpion st`s.

hope this may be of some use to somebody in the future.

thanks,
paul.

Hi devs, as you said they do look very much like the BFG AT's so hopefully they will perform off road like them to
