the guy at the garage said she is in very good condition for her age ( the car )...... i think im not going to stop smiling for a long time, while i was there they fitted the brake pads that richio gave me ( yep they fit thanks mate ) , and changed the oil in the rear diff , im mega chuffed

oh nearly forgot ... they mended my noisy blower motor too ..... they took the motor apart and found a old shopping reciept had fallen down from the glove box into the motor ...... lovely and quiet now ....... total bill including m.o.t test fee , lsd oil labour etc ? ....... £100

oops sorry , it was redrex that gave me the pads ..... er , sorry its old age and im excited lol ....... thanks mate they fit

i quote the reciept for you clive .

1 m.o.t test fee .......... £40

1.. fit own brake pads , clean up and grease brake lines ..... check and road test....... £40

1..... supply and change rear diff oil...... £20

chuff me peter, thats really cheap. where's mythlmemonroyd? i was going to ring Tony in Elland today, but im tempted to try them perhaps?

that sounds good to me mate, one thing, are ou sure they used LSD oil? as a lot of garages refues to accept their is a difference!
