Insurance companies that take your noclaims bonus off you when someone runs into your parked car and the third party admits liability and his ins is handling the whole repair.

Highways for not re-gritting. The slush has frozen now and turned Harwich into a giant ice rink.

Ever seen a motor going down the road with loads of snow on the roof, heater been going full blast for ages (roof warm) traffic lights change brakes hard on almost dry road, snow slides at previous road speed and lands on road in front, front wheels hit snow, vehicle out of control, I have seen it more than once, Rick

i have seen something similar rick, but i reckon the cause is speed, i was out yesterday and it was unbelievable the way some people drive or cant, come to that, they seem to panic, best they stay at home.

yup. pain in the arse they are.

Saw an old geezer yesterday in a yaris (one of the older popemobile shaped ones) and when he braked at a junction it all fell onto his bonnet. There was that much of it his wipers jammed half way across.

Was rather funny
