Speeders?
I dont want sat nav!
What I want is somthing that tells me my actual speed, speed limit and up coming speed cameras/lazers of any sort, on a small screen. Any sugestions? |

ive got tom tom nice easy to use you can set noise alerts for cammeras fuel stops anything realy some good deals to be had in sales and ebay!

u can get the tomtom ones quite cheap an they do all dearer ones do unsure how much a gps would be then log all cammera points not sure on lasers etc why not fit a remote control garage door opener!

like the look of a road angel, but unsure of one thing.
it has a 'Continuous speed reading' does this mean it continualy shows your speed or an average speed shown? |

round our way the local "road safety camera partnership" post cammera locations and mobile vans on internet for next 24hrs do they not all do do that?

After the beginners day, I realised that I need an all in one....cos it was pitch black and I am sure I was going in circles for half an hour :roll: till I found a familiar name/place so does tom tom give you everying....oh and I need big on the grounds that specs are needed for reading.
Oh and the second thing, I have CB in lighter socket, can one get a duel socket/adaptor so that I can use at same time. |

Thor you will OK with TomTom as it has voice direction as well, and on mine it flashs up a speed sign so even if you need glasses for reading like me you will be ok.

Right then I am going out to price em up.
Ta Edit I just thought I would look on line........now I'm confused. 8O Are there any issues with various ones. :evil: So who is using what and how do you genuinely rate it? |
