A dongle is just a mobile phone without the gubbins as I'm sure you all know.
So if your, say, Vodafone mobile doesn't work in a particular location or gets a weak signal there, then guess what, your dongle won't either. Other than that technical issue, the ISP should have no bearing on access to a URL. |
