also, as other have suggested, it will be well worth trying Opera or Firefox, to eliminate the possibility its IE being a cock.
if you are saying access is random, then thats different, and probably NOT your laptop, might be something to do with Three's service/dns settings etc, another option is to change your DNS to someone else, such as google, to see if that works..

it seems that i can gain access to this site sometimes , perhaps the 3 network has scruples ?
