just done the sarn from banwen to neath its open from banwen to about half way to aberdulais will do exact points later... when i work it out

can anyone let me know if it should be fully open (legally) at midnight tonight all the way

cos it dont look like they will meet the deadline

to be fair it looks like walters has opened his end now.... i9ts the farm at aberdulais thats the problem again
