A day at the seaside
Had a great day out on sunday , picked up my new toy from near hastings , and spent a pleasant few hours on the beach with the wife and kids.
The Maverick did well towing around 2.4 tonnes but I did have to use 2nd a few times on the steep bits ;O) The Landie is a 1980 series 3 88 diesel with no rot bought for £386 off fleebay ;O) few little bits needed for the mot and some adjustments to the diesel pump. Apart from that it drives like a Landie should.... 'orrible ;O) |
