Found rust issue on roof gutter and rear door

Hi All,

Sorry _ I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this....Ive found this on a roof gutter at the rear of a potential new to be acquired Y60 Patrol.
Does this this like a real (& costly problem) and whatAttachment 11999 would be the cost to fix if at all possible? Under £700 or could this be a DIY job with a grinder and rust proofing? Thanks for any advice.
