Stitched Up by a Double Glazing Company

The salesman has phoned me to smooth things over, they now have a delivery to them which is 14th November and he assures me that it will get fitted as soon as they can after that and he will come back on the day to make sure we are happy and the job is completed correctly.

Fingers crossed to see what happens but I am not handing over any money until completed to our satisfaction.
