Those arch flare kits are supplied by a company called fjallafenderflares
I've spoken to them about importing some sets over and they were very expensive, something I may consider at some point but driving over there and getting them fitted incorporating it into a touring holiday  Not the kind of thing I'd start a bulk buy for because people just wouldn't be interested because of the price
