Parking ticket dispute...

On and off parked here for the last 5 years to occasionally walk the mrs dog, so not to block the road up I sometimes put who wheels on the grass which is the land of the park (I believe) came back this morning with a ticket slapped on my screen...

So wanted opinions, what do you guys think.

Where the motor was parked

Footpath to the park

No lines or anything else...

The terms of my parking...
I personally disagree

"Two or more wheels over a footpath" no... "Or any other part of a road other than a carriageway" still no..
