Can anyone give my truck a good health check?

Don't wanna go to Nissan as I am a paranoid individual p and believe it will leave with new issues

Just since ownership I haven't replaced any bushes or anything like that.. Now my poor old girl takes some beating and is under rather a lot of stress.

Also I have noticed an occasional clonk when leaning round corners sometimes ect... Seems to have stopped now... Probably fallen off

Anyone local who can properly diagnose worn ballpoints and bushes ect, had a look myself with wheels off but don't know how to check really
