Nope don't want a full rear bar, just something for the corners
Wouldn't be connecting to anything else except the chassis, existing holes at the rear of the wheel arch would only be for extra support. You can actually see the chassis bolt holes I'd be using in Makeitfit's pic - the two bolt heads near the end of the chassis rail (just shows they didn't change much on the basics when they designed the Y61s!).
It's not under stuff there bud, it's actually the metallic body paint. It'll get a clean to take the mud off but I won't be doing anything else until I know what I'm doing with the corners (black hammerite will probably be used though).
