Default Time to get rid of my Terrano, options?

The time has come were repairs are costing more than the vehicle. So it's time to get rid.
It's not going to pass the MOT and has many small faults and one big problem (rust around rear seat belt mounts - still makes a safe 2 seater...)
The engine, gear box and chassis are tip top other than that, so it seems a waste to scrap it.

How much would it be worth to someone as a dedicated off-road vehicle? It is worth pursuing this option? Having a quick look at scrap prices, they'd give £200.

It is an X reg, 110k miles, 2 inch suspension lift. Starts and runs great, never had any running gear problems - even my mechanic says it's good underneath, especially as it's 14 years old. Sills were rusty and have been repaired. If I were to sell it, i'd include the 5 modular steel wheels and General AT2 Grabber tyres on it (2 with 4mm, 2 with 8mm, and 1 with over 20mm tread), if I scrapped it, these would be sold seperate.

Bad points;
Rust around both rear seat belt mount areas, worse on drivers side.
Heater matrix has just been changed, now doesn't blow warm.
Rusty front wings, in the usual places.
Occasionally leaks, from the rear door best I can tell.
Drivers window doesn't work (really handy for getting through the barriers at work)

So, what do you reckon my best options are? I already have a new car lined up. A pathologist at work is selling me his old 52 plate A3 1.9 TDi for £500, so the Terrano is superfluous.

Thanks in advance.
