It would be a pig in the winter if you didn't put antifreeze in as you would have a flat on the tyre at the bottom when the water froze...


Some farmers actually put water in their tractor tyres as a way of getting more weight on the wheels. They put in a mixture of water and antifreeze and then top up with air.
