Just bought Maverick
I am in South Wales and just bought a 95 Maverick
Seems to run ok but a couple of niggles -freeplay in steering wheel- about 15mil Tightened belt and took up a little but still not right-does UJ on column wear? Can you adjust steeering box in normal way? (Screwdriver /lock nut ) Showing 144.000 miles at present Would like to do a major service -anything out of the ordinary on these I need to know about? Seems to be a lot of crusty dried old oil around head,exhaust manifold and on sump but doesnt appear to be dripping oil anywhere. All replies gratefully received |
