Deicer stuck under the brake pedal

Driving to work this morning, and coming round a bend into the car park, a stupid person in a very small car came hurtling round the bend, so I braked hard and my de icer that WAS on the back seat rolled off onto the floor, under the drivers seat and lodged itself under the brake pedal! I thought all my birthdays had come at once, luckily I had stopped in time, not a wave, acknowledgement nothing..... why are there so many stupid drivers on the road these days, oh and the moral of the story.... don't put your de icer can on the back seat
