The breaker that thet have fitted is an RCBO (a good thing) which is a combined MCB & RCD in one device.
The problem with this tripping is that you have to figure out if it is tripping as a result of the RCD function (typically leakage to earth) or as an MCB function which is a result of overload.
If you shower is in excess of 10Kw (check the rating plate) then after extended use the MCB may likely trip.
