Salutations!!!

Hello folks,

I have been lurking on here for a little while trying to build up my knowledge of the Terrano beast.

I bought mine in October, it is a 2000, W reg 2.7tdi auto, 5 door model in blue over silver. I bought it with an intermittant fault, slight missfire under load, mainly when accelerating hard.

I have lived with the problem up until now but the other thing is every now and again it will stall for no apparent reason, this is getting more frequent lately, to the point where it is getting dangerous, especially when going around roundabouts

Symptoms are making me suspect the crankshaft position sensor. I have done a diagnostic, thanks to the PDF file on here and it has bought up error codes 21 and 11.

So, before I shell out £100 on a new one, I just want to ask you guru's what you think.

I apologise that my first post is one asking for help but will hopefully become a contributor, imparting my limited knowledge on these 4x4 machines.
