Not the toy town cut to death crap that's on the streets now. Most dullard dealers will cut their wares with all sorts of poison. So risking the health of the addicts even more AND making addicts have to buy even more to get a hit.
People get used to poor quality drugs and every now and again get some good gear and then bloody O/D
