tesco's change their price at will, one near me, puts the price up Friday's evening's @ 7o/clock

my mate knows a tesco's tanker driver and he asked him if he gets any derv, yes but i wont put it in my car he said, it's re-gassed, make of that what you will, but my brother in law has always said he gets less mile to £20 using tesco petrol than other makes, anyone had similar experiences??.
