oh dear FIRE, all is ok though

I had a night out fishing last night at a lake close to where I live, Had a few bites but didnt catch any fishies

This morning I decided to make a cuppa and put the kettle on, on the portable gas stove. Its one of the type you put a aerosol gas cannister in. so I lit the stove but the flames were a bit low so I took the cannister out, gave it a good shake and put it back in the stove. lit it and put the kettle on. I was using the gas stove in the boot of my terrano as I have hundreds of times before.

Suddenly the flames went a bit weird and shot up all around the outside of the kettle, the boot was empty and I laughed a bit at the flames but then to my horror a big flame shot straight across to the gas cannister then the cannister was on fire . so I picked the whole lot up out of the car and chucked it away from the car, when it hit the floor the cannister exploded



saved my car from a fire death, I doubt i will be cooking in my car again............or at least until next time
