southern (end of season) run ..... oct 09 ideas thoughts

ok well its been mentioned a few times but nothing done as yet. so i thought i'd start a thread to get the ball rolling

i recon the weather is usually the best in october and the sites are cheaper too. so thats why i decided on october

my thought is the new forrest as its quite central and loads to do

pubs
resturants
caravan / camping sites
off road pay and play (can hopefully get a deal for those wanting to play)
country walks
a few green lanes

i hope to, although i have not spoken to them yet! ask zippy and adz to help plan this one with me

so really looking for ideas, input and your thoughts
as its late in the year but usually still quite hot and sunny its an ideal opportunity to have a last chance to meet everyone for this year
