OK, so where have all the "Old regular" members gone?

We mentioned Richo, but I still have no idea what happened to him, then what about Makeitfit, not seen a post from him for a while???

Alex has dropped us, now he has a new interest in his life.

There are several faces that seem to be laying low...

Where has everyone gone?

I miss all the old banter, even if it did get a bit out of hand occasionally, the great thing about this forum was someone brought it back in line pretty quickly, but now it's nearly all serious post (apart from a couple of terrible jokes ), and there is nothing to make reading all the threads compelling now.

Come on guys.. where are you all, at least try and pop in a couple of times a week, as you all (well most of you ) have so much information to share with everyone.
