Heartburn/ acid reflex

So I used to suffer bad with this for many years, I am now on tablets to calm the acid in my stomach.

One thing that triggers me badly is garlic bread... Guess what was for diner today

Not having any rennies or tums about I decided to search the net for a home remedy, the only thing we had to hand was mustard..

I was sceptical about trying this, but alas, it has worked incredibly well

Just thought id share incase any of you chaps know the woes of heartburn/indigestion
